Tech Support for Students


EASTCONN Technology Services is here to support your IT needs with EASTCONN-owned devices
. To better serve all our students, here are the services we are able to assist with.

We can provide for EASTCONN-Owned Devices:

  • Password resets/account activations
  • Hardware-related service (device swap outs when needed)
  • G-Suite product access issues/connectivity support (EASTCONN supplied Hotspots/JetPacks)


We cannot provide and/or support:

  • Help with Google Classroom/instruction/assignments
  • Support for non-EASTCONN equipment (home PCs, etc.)
  • Home networking equipment/routers
  • Printing from Chromebooks

Students and teachers will access tech support through the same channels as if you were in your buildings using the online ticketing system.
