High School Completion

GED – General Education Development Equivalency Test

This free GED prep program helps you prepare to take four subject tests that, once passed, earn you a high school diploma. The State of Connecticut awards the diploma.

Currently, EASTCONN GED preparation classes are taught both in-person and virtually using a variety of technology tools and programs as well as small group classes. Our remote learning is complemented with individualized tutoring and support offered on-site and through the phone. Additional on-site workshops include a Technology Bootcamp, a Distance Learning Orientation, and a Learning Lab. Qualified students can apply to our technology loan program for a long-term loan of a Chromebook or iPad in order to pursue their diploma.
