You’ll find videos from Kate Roberts (A Novel Approach) and digital resources by Jennifer Seravallo. Remember to register your resources. The Heinemann site is a great place to discover webinars with renowned authors. 

Newsela

By far one of our most important resources, NEWSELA offers a discount through EASTCONN and the other RESCS for small and large districts. If you can't access the full website, the six daily articles are worth the visit each day. Grab them at each LEXILE level and you'll have a quick resource for all of your readers. LEXILES will adjust sentence length and vocabulary syllables, but not ideas and structures.

TweenTribune

An absolute MUST. The Smithsonian's TweenTribune is similar to NEWSELA, but it's free (though not as in-depth with content).
