EASTCONN offers Fingerprinting Services for organizations other than Connecticut school districts. Also, in accordance with Connecticut law, EASTCONN offers fingerprinting services for all local school systems to have all new employees, including substitute teachers, fingerprinted for state and national criminal history checks.
