To have your QMC Transcript sent to a college, institution or program, fill out the QMC Transcript Request Form.
Transferring your College Credits After High School Graduation
When you graduate from QMC, the college credits that you earned in high school do not automatically transfer to your new college. Colleges and universities require an official transcript from the college awarding your credits (QVCC, UCONN, or ECSU) in order to get them transferred over to your new college.
You will need to send official transcripts from QVCC, ECSU, and/or UCONN to the new school’s Registrar or Admissions Department in order to start the transcript evaluation process.
It is best to do this in the spring of your senior year, after your final college class grades and credits are posted. UCONN ECE Spring semester classes post their final grades and credits after July 1.

Forward Your ECSU Transcript to Your Next College (transferring those college credits):
For ECSU - scroll to the bottom and click on Former Students Login. Create an account for yourself using your personal email. When it asks you for your Eastern ID and if you do not remember it/know it, LEAVE IT BLANK. Then continue on with setting up your account. Once it is set up, you can begin requesting transcripts.
