The EASTCONN Leading and Learning staff partners closely with educators to advance learning.
We are uniquely qualified to assist districts and schools in the continuous improvement of every student's experiences in school and beyond. Through our valued relationships we have assisted districts and schools in the creation of systems to develop and review curriculum (K-12), provide student-centered coaching to teachers, coaches, principals and superintendents and provide assistance and review in the implementation of data processes including SRBI. We regularly provide professional development directly on Social and Emotional Learning, Personalized Competency-Based Learning (PCBL), and instructional practices aligned with the national standards in Math, Social Studies, Science and Language Arts.
